staying afloat
adding together homework, friends, family, sleep, and me-time, i have no-time. homework creeps throught the walls, always finds me when im least expecting it.
….this is how i stay awake for it. carrying around a gallon of iced tea. the only reprocussions: frequent bathroom visits and restless leg syndrome. ill take it!
so little sleep, so little time
i went to bed at 4:45 AM last night, woke up three hours later at 7:45 for my first journalism exam. ran errands, got lost, ran to work, haven’t had my usual thursday nap, have a politics quiz in an hour, havent read the chapter yet. havent eaten anything today.
running on an empty fuels of sleep, food, and tolerance of anything.
so happy…love college!

deciding, on a whim, to go to chicago over labor day weekend was a wonderful decision, to say the least.
life in the windy city was unreal. The blisters remain on my toes from a week ago, since attempting to waltz around state street for dinner (after we crawled on all fours into the nearest regular-looking restaurant). I haven’t had so much fun in forever..cheap fun too!
